Total Foot Supports (TFS)

TFS Setters are one piece setters with integral legs. This range of setters complements the paragon and VB setter ranges, providing total foot support on a one piece setter. These setters can be stacked in a stable bung from the deck of the kiln car. Cementing of legs to the setter is eliminated but flexibility as to ware sizes and profile is more limited than with the V.B. setter range.

TFS Setters are suitable for use where the glost temperature greatly exceeds that of the biscuit when distortion can be a problem. Complete support is given by these setters.

TFS Setters can be safely stacked from the deck of the kiln car and have been effective in once fired ware applications and vitreous ware.
